Where does the time go??!!

Well, we had a great time in Chiangrai doing nothing! Here are a few pictures to show you what we did:


It was a restful time but we all felt like we could use another week of the same nothing. But, alas, we had to return and get ready for school. Cole and Nolan went back to GIS on Wednesday and Seth and Grant started school at home again, too. We all had a good week but I am feeling like I don't quite have a handle on everything. Such is life!!

Time for a little R&R

We are off to Chiang Rai tomorrow for a little vacation time. We are doing a house swap with some friends who live up there - a nice cheap way to vacation! We are all looking forward to doing a lot of nothing, but I do have a few sight-seeing trips I want to do and I'll be making my family come along. I'm going to try to do the blog thing for the sight-seeing so you may be able to see some of the fun stuff we do, too! :) I'm hoping to do some digital scrapping but I also need to study Thai a little. And of course we are all taking books along. Since we are starting homeschool the week after we return, I need to do some planning, so that has to come along, too.

So did you smell any roses today? I gave my blog this title to remind myself!
